Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has signed a new 17-year, six?month, 37,404 s/f lease with law firm Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP at 125 Broad St. Howard Nottingham and John Mambrino, both of Studley, along with Greg Gerber of The John Buck Co., represented Wilson Elser. Mack-Cali was represented by CBRE.
