Sampone of Pyramid Brokerage represents Gross & Cohen R.E. in sale

Michael Sampone, associate broker from Pyramid Brokerage Company, Latham, New York represented, Gross & Cohen Real Estate Investments, in the sale of Campus View Apartments. The 37-unit apartment complex, adjacent to Fulton Montgomery Community College, was used as housing for its students. The 11 acre site was sold for $3.75 million to Fulmont College Association and will remain as dorm facilities for the college.
