Pyramid Brokerage Company brokers $1.38 million sale of 145 Mid County Drive, Orchard Park

Professional Plastics East has purchased an industrial/flex building located at 145 Mid County Dr. from Matrix Holdings, LLC. The sale price for the 45,275 s/f building on approximately 4.7 acres was $1.38 million. Richard Schechter of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for the transaction.
