Swig Equities has signed a new 2.320 s/f lease with Omimi & Associates, LLC at 80 Broad St. Sadah Ali of Vicus Partners represented the tenant. Todd Korren, executive VP and director of leasing of Swig Equities and the Newmark Knight Frank agency team of Hal Stein, Mike McKenna and Todd Stracci represented the landlord.
