Meet the IREM Member: Terence Fraser

Terence Fraser, CPM is the recipient of the prestigious BOMA NY Pinnacle Award for the 2010/2011 Operating an Office Building of the Year, 500,000 to 1 million s/f. He is employed by CB Richard Ellis, Inc. and is the senior real estate manager for 450 Lexington Ave., a 910,273 s/f, 32-story trophy office tower, constructed above the eight-story 1909 Grand Central Terminal Post Office in midtown Manhattan. He has over 26 years of property management experience and earned his certified property manager designation in 1989.
