Marcus & Millichap brokers $10.25 million sale of 42,047 s/f Stop & Shop

Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Mike Lombardi of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has brokered the $10.25 million sale of a 42,047 s/f Stop & Shop. "Stop & Shop is the pioneer of the superstore concept in New England and is one of the leading food retailers in the northeastern U.S.," said Horvath. "The company recently spent approximately $1 million on in-store improvements." The property is located at 665 American Legion Dr., 11 miles from Manhattan. The lease contains four five-year renewal options and rental increases every five years. Horvath, Tremblay & Lombardi represented the sellers FW Teaneck LLC and also procured the buyer H&R LLC.
