TF Cornerstone leases 800 s/f to Crank Cycling Studio

TF Cornerstone has arranged a 10-year, 800 s/f lease with Crank Cycling Studio at condominium The View located on the waterfront of Long Island City at 4630 Center Blvd. The studio will offer Long Island City residents their first indoor cycling studio and will be open seven days a week, offering early morning, mid-day, and evening classes. The studio is scheduled to launch this spring and will be on the ground floor of the luxury residential building.
