Devaney Realty closes $435,000; Beldiny of Coldwell Banker assists

According to Mike Devaney of Devaney Realty, it has recently closed the sale of 36 Deer Park Ave., a multi-use building, with the help of Lori Beldiny from Coldwell Banker. The 2,000 s/f building consisting of two storefront and two small apartments sold for $435,000. The building was in need of considerable work.
