CBRE/Albany recently completed the following transactions: * Jonathan Elkind and Tom MacClarence of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 75 Champlain St. which is a 29,900 s/f manufacturing/warehouse facility. MSW Properties, LLC purchased the property from Champlain Street, LLC for $442,500. * Dan Simpson, CCIM and Tom Savino of CBRE/Albany have completed lease negotiations at Congress Park Centre, 4 Congress St., Saratoga Springs. The tenant, Office Quarters, was represented by Larkin Realty and the landlord, Eaton Centers Co. is represented by CBRE/Albany. * Craig Darby and Savino of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 13-15 Washington St., Glens Falls which is a 13,740 s/f two story, office/retail building. David and Jeanne Westfall purchased the property from TD Bank N.A. for $530,000. * Brenda Garretson, CCIM of CBRE/Albanyy has completed the lease negotiations for Ricoh Americas Corporation at 15 British American Blvd., Latham. The landlord is BA Ventures, LLC. Ricoh will be occupying 7,713 s/f. * Dan Davitt of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 20 Kairnes St., Colonie which is a 23,400 s/f warehouse facility. Norwest Group Inc. purchased the property from Shaker Development Group for $1,281,250. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller and Coldwell Banker Prime represented the buyer. * Davitt of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 1104 Central Ave., Colonie which is a 7,797 s/f warehouse/showroom building. CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer and Coldwell Banker represented the seller. * Gordon Furlani and Savino of CBRE/Albany have completed the lease negotiations on 27,000 s/f at Building 300, 1315 Rte. 146, 21st Century Park, Clifton Park. Hudson North Resins will occupy the space. * John Tracy and John MacAffer of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 123 West Service Rd., Champlain which is 68,276 s/f warehouse formerly used by UPS at the US/Canadian border. Sample Enterprises purchased the property from BT Property LLC for $875,000. * MacClarence of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 1 West Albany Dr., Colonie which is a 39,800 s/f warehouse facility. Samuel, Son & Co. Inc. purchased the property from Barzel ASA Corporation for $1 million. * Gordon Furlani of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 1532 Union St., Schenectady which is a 4,338 s/f commercial house with office space. Brian Damon purchased the property from Joseph Gerardi for $299,999. CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer and Miranda Real Estate Group represented the seller. * John Tracy and Craig Darby of CBRE/Albany brokered the sale of 1861 Chrisler Ave., Rotterdam which is a 14,350 s/f warehouse/office building on 1.11 acres of land. Michael and Leigh Lock purchased the property from Joe Aragona and Blasé Regina for $350,000. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller and Coldwell Banker Prime Properties represented the buyer.
