Lundberg of Marcus & Millichap sells six-unit apartment building for $545,000 in Ridgewood

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has brokered the $545,000 sale of 1003 Wyckoff Ave., a six-unit apartment building, according to J.D. Parker, regional manager of the firm's Manhattan office. Erik Lundberg, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Lundberg. "Through an extensive and unique marketing process, Marcus & Millichap was able to facilitate an all-cash closing within 30 days of contract signing to a qualified buyer," said Lundberg.
