BLVD, a revitalized condominium at 2196 Frederick Douglass Blvd., is unveiling a new level of attainably-priced one-bedroom residences. The circa 19th century building boasts one of the largest remaining inventories of newly-renovated, one-bedroom homes and is being formally introduced to buyers and brokers with new furnished model apartments created by New York-based interior design firm, Curated.
The project's residences feature hardwood floors, high ceilings and sophisticated lighting.
In addition, there are two spacious penthouses, with two and three bedrooms, offering park and skyline views, European tilt-and-turn windows, outdoor space and skylights. BLVD at 2196 Frederick Douglass Blvd. has 13 residences and is part of a two-building project that will offer a total of 26 condominium apartments. Building amenities include rooftop terrace, virtual doorman, video intercom, bike room and personal storage.
"BLVD Condominiums is offering brilliant one-bedroom homes for buyers seeking fine design with sensible prices," said Vie Wilson, senior vice president at The Corcoran Group, which is spearheading the sales and marketing of the project. "Located in the heart of a neighborhood replete with abundant shopping, entertainment, parks, schools and transportation, BLVD is the perfect opportunity for a student, recent graduate or first-time home owner."
