NAI Friedland's Industrial Division completes two sales and four leases; Includes a 9,000 s/f lease at 139 Hoyt Avenue by Schneiderman

The industrial division at NAI Friedland completed six transactions, two sales and four leases: * Sale of 17,424 s/f at 11 Kimball Place. Senior executive VP Ross Schneiderman brokered the deal between Kimball Place, LLC (seller) and Spectrum Painting (buyer). Schneiderman represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Ken Sayle and Paul Pallett of Sayle Properties. * Lease of 9,000 s/f at 139 Hoyt Ave., Mamaroneck. Schneiderman brokered the deal between Simone Development (landlord) and HB Home (tenant). Schneiderman represented both the landlord and the tenant. * Sale of 13 acres at 230 Rte. 17, Hillburn. Industrial specialist Jeff Clinton brokered the deal between S & W Estates (seller) and Conserve Construction (buyer). Clinton represented both the seller and the buyer. The property's asking price was $1.1 million. * Lease of 2,000 s/f at 145 Saw Mill River Rd, Yonkers. Executive VP Steve Kornspun, SIOR, and Clinton brokered the deal between Lubin Flowers (landlord) and Azo Reptiles (tenant). Kornspun represented the landlord in the transaction and Clinton represented the tenant. * Lease of 4,150 s/f at 99 Fulton St., White Plains. Industrial/flex specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between The Frem Group (landlord) and Candela Lighting Systems (tenant). Grossman represented both the landlord and the tenant. * Lease of 10,000 s/f building with 10,000 s/f of outdoor storage at 1145 Bronx River Ave., Bronx. Grossman brokered the deal between Sire Holdings (landlord) and McKinney Welding Supply Company (tenant). Grossman represented both the landlord and the tenant.
