According to New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS), 181 Essex St. signed a 600 s/f ground floor lease with Gokhan. The brokers involved were Croman Real Estate for the owner and Nick Valencia from NYCRS for the tenant. NYCRS has also been named the exclusive agent for the following properties: * 7 West 44th St.: A 2,500 s/f ground floor restaurant and six office floors, each with 2,500 s/f. The exclusive broker is Gee Scordia. * 120 St Marks Place: A 1,400 s/f ground floor medical/spa space. The exclusive broker is Ken Brandman. * 250 Mott St.: A 400 s/f ground floor retail space. The exclusive broker is Brandman.
