A block of 57 unsold sponsor condo units in 225-255 Eastern Pwy. has been sold. The block was a part of the two pre-war condo properties, with Art-Deco façades, that housed 146 large (close to 2,000 s/f per unit) apartments. The units were sold for $11 million, or under 35% of their vacant market value. Mark Zborovsky represented both the seller and the buyer.
