Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) arranged a 1,640 s/f retail lease for high-end electronics retailer Bose at 40 Mercer St. in SoHo. RKF senior VP Karen Bellantoni and director Beth Rosen represented building ownership Hines as well as Bose. Situated on the west block of Broadway between Broome and Grand Sts., 40 Mercer St. is a new residential development and a collaboration between Hines, Andre Balazs and architect Jean Nouvel.
