Philips International signs Green Olive Bistro at Philips Plaza in Lynbrook for long-term lease

According to Michael Pilevsky, managing director of Philips International, Green Olive Bistro has signed a long-term, 4,678 s/f lease at Philips Plaza, located at 693 Sunrise Hwy. "We're thrilled to welcome the Green Olive Bistro to Philips Plaza," said Pilevsky. "The restaurant is a quality family oriented establishment that will fit in perfectly with the Lynbrook community and complement our shopping center." Philips Plaza is a 31,000 s/f shopping center, located in Nassau County. It is located across the street from a Long Island Rail Road Station. In addition to Green Olive Bistro, major tenants include Sterling Optical, Starbucks, Entenmann's, Fed-Ex Kinkos, Sally Beauty and Bank of America. Lynbrook is situated in the suburb of Western Long Island, but in close proximity to New York City. Philips Plaza is located on Sunrise Highway, a major Long Island thoroughfare that runs through Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and is minutes from the Southern State and Meadowbrook Parkways.
