Meet the ICSC Member: David Perlmutter

David Perlmutter is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, R.I. where he earned his B.A. in economics and comparative literature. Perlmutter is married, with four children, and lives in Chappaqua. Perlmutter is regional commissioner emeritus of Chappaqua AYSO in addition to coaching, is vice chairman of Franklin Furnace Archives Inc. and is an active alum of The Pingry School and Brown University. He also serves on the board of the Horace Greeley Scholarship Fund and Westchester County UJA Business and Professionals Division. In conjunction with Kenneth Narva and Matthew Kroin of StreetWorks/PEG/Park LLC, a leading architectural firm, and Howard Menaker, Perlmutter formed DKH Inc. to develop and rehabilitate shopping centers. Since 1990, DKH has completed over 1.2 million s/f of retail space. Projects include Ridgeway Shopping Center, Stamford, Conn.; Ferry Plaza, Newark, N.J.; The Village at Livingston, N.J.; New Roc City, New Rochelle, N.Y.; and Watchung Commons, Watchung, N.J. and Palisades Court, Englewood, N.J. More recently, Perlmutter Properties joined in an association with G.E. Grace & Co., Inc. and Seeman Real Estate to form Resolution Realty Network, Inc. to assist companies to reposition and optimize the value of their distressed real estate assets.
