Meridian Capital Group negotiates six mtges. totaling $57.85 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has completed the following six mortgages totaling $57.85 million:
* A new $30.4 million package of mortgage was placed by Meridian on five mixed-use and multifamily buildings totaling 557 units in Brooklyn. The transactions were negotiated by Jeffrey Weinberg and Mindy Bergman of Meridian.
* A new $7.5 million mortgage on a 48-unit, five-story mixed-use building on Third Ave. The transaction was negotiated by Carol Shelby of Meridian.
* A new $7.4 million mortgage on a 236-unit, 14-story co-op building on West 145th St. Steve Geller and Nicoletta Pagnotta of Meridian negotiated this transaction.
* A new $5 million mortgage on the 87-unit Harvard and Stratford Arms Apartments in North Brunswick, N.J. The transaction was negotiated by Elliott Birnbaum of Meridian.
* A new $4.65 million mortgage on a 91-unit multifamily building on Valentine Ln. in Yonkers. The transaction was negotiated by Isaac Filler of Meridian.
* A $2.9 million mortgage on a 73-unit multifamily building on Fifth Ave., Pelham. The transaction was negotiated by David Zlotnick of Meridian.
