Swig Equities has signed a new lease with Andiamo Partners, LLC at 90 Broad St. Andiamo Partners is leasing 3,235 s/f of office space for a five-year term. Marie Hammoudi of Own Manhattan represented the tenant. Todd Korren, executive VP and director of leasing of Swig Equities and Scott Cahaly and Brian Reiver of Jones, Lang, LaSalle represented the landlord.
