NAI Mertz has leased a one-story warehouse facility at 201 Erie St., in the Von Morris Corporate Campus. Jonathan Klear and Fred Meyer, SIOR, VP, are the brokers who assisted in the transaction for the 38,400 s/f space currently occupied by Capitol Interior Products. The property features 3,600 s/f on two floors, and includes three private offices, a conference room and open office area. There are seven tailgate loading doors and one drive-in door with a ramp.
