Guarino of ERG Property Advisors brokers $3 million sale of 42-unit property

ERG Property Advisors have completed the $3 million sale of 40-42 Park Place. The subject consists of a 100'x100' lot with a 42-unit residential building sized at 90'x85.' Richard Guarino, managing director and founding partner of ERG Property Advisors brokered the deal.
