Arldon Realty negotiates with Cougar Management & Realty Services for Cause Marketing Solutions-3,000 s/f

Arldon Realty has recently concluded a lease signing for a 3,000 s/f office space at 500 Brook Ave. in Suffolk County. Cause Marketing Solutions will occupy two floors with1,500 s/f on each floor. The annual rent will be $30,000 with 3% escalations. Arldon will receive a full commission for this ten year lease. The transaction was negotiated with the management firm of Cougar Management & Realty Services.
