According to Centro Properties Group, a 1,200 s/f pizza restaurant, Giovanna's recently opened at Genesee Valley Shopping Center, located north of I-390, on Lakeville Rd. at Ryan Dr. Matt Lester of Caliber Commercial Brokerage, Rochester, represented Giovanna's. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Genesee Valley Shopping Center and was represented by David Gerstenhaber with Centro Properties Group.
