Langtry of CBRE arranges 31,443 s/f relocation sublease for SABRA Dipping Co. in White Plains

December 23, 2010 - Brokerage
Sabra Dipping Company, a leading manufacturer of refrigerated dips and spreads, will relocate its international corporate headquarters to 777 Westchester Ave. from Astoria, Queens. Kevin Langtry, senior associate of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office, handled negotiations for Sabra. Sabra will sublease appointed offices on Westchester Ave. A key driver in moving its headquarters to Westchester County was the quality of life. Sabra is focused on continuing its exceptional growth, and feels a Westchester County location will allow the company to attract and retain the best talent. "After narrowing the focus to Westchester County, Sabra considered many options in the market, but ultimately secured one of the most attractive offices available for a fantastic value," said Langtry. "I was really impressed how management put the company's future first in this search, really focusing on what would be best for its employees and business." Sabra plans to move 33 jobs from Astoria to White Plains and create 32 more positions over the next four years. In an ever-evolving office market landscape, Sabra's addition after recent announcements of departing companies, scores a big win for Westchester County.
