* Finn exclusively brokered the lease of a new Dollar General store constructed at Lake Hills Plaza in Horseheads. The 9,014 s/f store was built on a pad site, and recently opened for business. Dollar General, formerly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, is anticipated to be a catalyst for drawing more tenants to Lake Hills Plaza, which is anchored by a P&C food store.
