Newman, Zaccagnino and Rampersad of Malkin lease 2,190 s/f; to US Renewables, who renewed their lease early

US Renewables Group, LLC (USRG) has extended its lease at Ten Bank St., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building. The tenant, which took occupancy at Ten Bank St. in 2006, renewed its lease early for its 2,190 s/f space on the fifth floor.
