Yardeni of Stonehenge speaks to YM/WREA

Ofer Yardeni, managing partner of Stonehenge Partners, was the keynote speaker at Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association's (YM/WREA) November luncheon. Yardeni discussed how he arrived in this country in 1986 and got started in the business as a young broker. Currently Stonehenge, which owns and operates 17 residential properties and one commercial building, looks to acquire buildings with great turnover located close to transportation hubs in order to best create value. Established in 1948, with a membership totaling approximately 394, Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association promotes greater understanding and knowledge of the real estate industry among its constituents through its monthly luncheons and wide variety of philanthropic activities including New York Cares, Central Park Clean-Up Day, an Annual Blood Drive, among others, in addition to many social functions.
