Our firm is less then three years old and was hired to exclusively market a total of half a million s/f of development properties in the Brooklyn market including several non performing loans on development sites. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? Banks will continue to clean up balance sheets by selling non performing loans throughout the year and by the end of 2011 will start lending again on retail and development.
