Greater Buffalo BOMA holds Faces of BOMA awards

Greater Buffalo BOMA recently celebrated the outstanding performance of its members and their support teams. In early December they saluted their members with the Faces of BOMA awards dinner, held at the Twentieth Century Club on Delaware Ave.
Bob Schiller, RPA, FMA, of Ciminelli Development, and chief engineer for Key Center, receiving the Engineer of the Year award from committee chairman Tina Coppins.
Additional recipients included the vendor members who helped the new Blue Cross/Blue Shield Building in downtown Buffalo achieve Silver LEED Certification. They are:

Additional winners also included Property Manager of the Year, Colby Smith of McGuire Development.
Developer of the Year was given to Uniland Development, and BOMA member of the year went to Mary Battey, of Seneca One Realty. The chapter congratulates to all the winners for a job well done!
Keep the Faces of BOMA Award program in mind as you move through the coming year. Nominations are accepted in late summer, and announced at the Christmas party. Candidates who win The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award can move on to the Mid-Atlantic Regional competition sponsored by BOMA International.
