Joseph P. Day Realty Corp., a leader in the real estate services industry, has renewed its lease with David & Young and expanded their space at the New York Accessories Exchange (NYAE) building at 366 Fifth Ave.

Formerly on the 5th floor, David & Young-a design house for accessories that specializes in supplying high quality hats, scarves, sunglasses and other accessories-is now in a larger showroom space on the 7th floor, leasing 3,824 s/f. The company supplies to major retailers including Macy's and Nordstrom.
"We welcome buyers and retailers to visit our beautiful new showroom to preview our newest collection of D & Y hats, scarves and fashion accessories at 366 Fifth, the premier accessories venue," said John Yoo, president of David & Young.
