Thru the Lens: NYC Real Estate Expo 2010

This year's N.Y.C. Real Estate Expo set an attendance record. Under the guidance of Anthony Kazazis, the expo has grown to be better than ever. The CCIM Seminar featured three knowledgeable speakers. Paul Fetscher CCIM, SCLS led off the session with an update on the retail marketplace and recent trends in consumer behavior. Craig Evans CCIM brought us up to date on the office market for Manhattan and the metro area. Jimmy Vattes CCIM was able to explain shifts in the financing and lending market with radically changed rules.
