BOMA/NY leadership returned to a second term of office

Unanimity marked the recent BOMA/NY elections for officers and directors, with BOMA/NY's current administration returning to office for another year. The results were announced at the October BOMA/NY Annual Conference and officers will be installed in this coming December.
Serving the membership as officers throughout 2011 will be:
President - Edward Fallon, RPA, Brookfield Properties
Vice President - Louis Mantia, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
Treasurer - Thomas Hill, RPA, Boston Properties, Inc.
Secretary - James Kleeman, RPA, Related Management Co. LP.
Six new directors have also been appointed to the BOMA/NY board of directors to provide guidance and leadership to the association, as well as develop new policies and initiatives to benefit both the membership and real estate industry. All are drawn from the association's principal membership category and typically serve three year-terms.
Coming on board this January and serving through the end of 2013 are:
Mitchell Grant, Broadway Real Estate Services, LLC; Jessica Handy, LEED AP, Newmark Knight Frank; Kevin Lillis, RPA, Fisher Brothers Management Co.; Louis Trimboli, RPA/FMA/LEED AP, CB Richard Ellis, Inc., and Kenneth Wentworth, RPA, Western Management Corporation. Serving a one year term is Jack A. Terranova, PE/RPA of Cassidy Turley New York, Inc.
The association's Allied and Professional membership categories also have one representative each on the BOMA/NY Board. New to the board representing the professional members is John Simoni, Esq., of Goetz, Fitzpatrick LLP and Con Edison Solutions' Thomas Krol, LEED AP, who will represent the Allied members.
