Meridian Capital Group, LLC has negotiated six new mortgages totaling $39.25 million. The financings include : * A $1 million mortgage was placed on a 16-unit mixed-use building on Second Ave. The loan features a rate of 4.2% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Steven Tessler and Scott Jackson. * A $15 million mortgage on a 195-unit, six-story multifamily building on Henry Hudson Pwy. in Riverdale. The loan features a rate of 4.25% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Carol Shelby. * A $9.75 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 149-unit, 15-story multifamily building on Ocean Pwy., Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.25% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Shelby. * A $9.5 million mortgage on a 76-unit, six-story multifamily building on Classon Ave., Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.39% and a seven-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Jeffrey Weinberg and David Ostrov. * A $2 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 74-unit, six-story co-op building on East 18th St., Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.38% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Abe Hirsch and Zev Karpel. * A $2 million mortgage on a 10-unit, nine-story multifamily building on Broadway. The loan features a rate of 4.23% and a seven-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Mindy Bergman.
