MGB completes $14 million, 100,000 s/f new HQ for The Leaguers in Newark, N.J.

Mc Gowan Builders, Inc. (MGB) completed The Leaguers, Inc.'s new, $14 million, 100,000 s/f headquarters and Head Start building located at 405-425 University Ave. MGB served The Leaguers as general contractor. The project team also included architect/engineer EI Associates, architect Wilson Woodridge, and owner's representative The TLM Group, LLC. The total development cost of the project was $23.5 million.
