Two Trees Management brokers two DUMBO leases totaling 2,465 s/f

Two Trees Management Co. has added two new tenants totaling 2,465 s/f, Andrea Mason Design, an architecture firm specializing in residential design, and Rubber Band International, a real estate management and development company, to the neighborhood of Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass (DUMBO). Andrea Mason Design will be located at 20 Jay St., while Rubber Band International will be housed at 55 Washington St. "We're always excited to welcome new and creative companies to our Two Trees properties," said Caroline Pardo, director of leasing for Two Trees Management. "DUMBO possesses a truly unique and welcoming atmosphere and our office spaces offer the latest in comfortable conveniences." Elizabeth Cottrill represented Two Trees on the Andrea Mason Design deal, which signed a three-year lease for 1,393 s/f at 20 Jay St. Pardo represented the landlord on the Rubber Band International transaction, which leased 1,072 s/f for a one-year term at 55 Washington St. Neither tenant was represented by a broker. Two Trees owns most of the neighborhood of DUMBO.
