Manley of CTRR brokers 23,000 s/f lease expansion for CBLPath Inc. -Ruggeri and Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield rep. landlord

CBLPath Inc. has leased the entire 23,000 s/f third floor of a building for 10 years in a 55% expansion of their space at 760 Westchester Ave. CBLPath now occupies all of the 65,000 s/f building, said Marisa Manley, president of Commercial Tenant Real Estate Representation Ltd. (CTRR), who brokered the transaction.CTRR had earlier negotiated CBLPath's initial 42,000 s/f lease on the first and second floors of the three-story building, which sits on 18 acres in the 760/800 Westchester Ave. Business Park. Larry Ruggeri and Glenn Walsh of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord, 760 Westchester Ave. LLC, an affiliate of Robert Weisz's RPW Group.
