Judson, a graduate of Harvard University and Vassar College and former managing director and partner of Smith Hanley Associates, brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the financial services industry. During the course of her career, Judson has placed hundreds of candidates within banking, and investment positions specifically related to credit and distressed research, emerging markets and Latin American investing, long/short equity, corporate finance, restructuring advisory and investment banking. Prior to Smith Hanley Associates, Judson was a research analyst at Merrill Lynch where she advised senior management of major transportation companies as well as Merrill's Equity Research and Investment Banking Groups.
