Brandt of Cornerstone Group brokers sale of 16.5 acres

Roger Brandt of Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd. recently brokered the sale of 16.5 acres of light industrial land at Jetview Business Park to the U.S. Government, with Robert Haile of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Stamford, Conn., as cooperating broker. Jetview Business Park contains limited-industrial zoned land, adjacent to the Greater Rochester International Airport with rail siding, provides direct access within five minutes to major transportation means - air, land and rail. Construction is expected to commence on the new facility in the spring of 2011.
