Friedman-Realty Services has completed the sale of 340-346 Audubon Ave. (AKA 551 West 182nd St.), in the Washington Heights section The corner property is a one-story building occupied by five retail stores. The property is 25' x 80', with 8' of frontage on Audubon Ave. Bijan Oheb of Friedman-Roth represented both the buyer and seller. The sales price was not disclosed.
