BASF chooses Rockefeller Group for 325,000 s/f build-to-suit in New Jersey

BASF Corporation and Rockefeller Group Development Corp. (RGDC) have signed a long-term lease for BASF to occupy a new 325,000 s/f office building RGDC will develop at The Green at Florham Park. Construction of the new facility will begin in July with completion and occupancy expected by mid 2012.
