Meridian Capital Group places $99.1 million in financing transactions

According to Meridian Capital Group, LLC, it has recently completed the following transactions: New mortgages totaling $7 million were placed by Meridian on a four-building portfolio composed of 215 units. The loans feature rates of 4.29% and 5-year terms. The transaction was negotiated by Michael Kesselman. A new mortgage of $18 million was placed by Meridian on a 140-unit, apartment building on East 73rd St. The loan features a rate of 5.13% and a 6-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Joseph Taub. Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $6 million on a 94-unit, six-story multifamily building on 84th St. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.63% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Avi Weinstock. A new mortgage of $5.49 million was placed by Meridian on a 40-unit, six-story multifamily building on West 77th St. The loan features a rate of 5.13% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Jeffrey Weinberg and Jack Adler. Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $1.95 million on a 16-unit, four-story multifamily building on Humboldt St. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.59% and a 5-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Cary Pollack. Meridian negotiated a new package of mortgages totaling approximately $14 million on a portfolio of multifamily buildings located in the Lower East Side neighborhood. The loans are interest only and feature fixed rates of 4.19% and 5-year terms. Pollack negotiated these transactions. A new mortgage of $13.5 million was placed by Meridian on a six-story mixed-use building containing 115 residential units and 19,000 s/f of commercial space on Wallabout St. in Brooklyn. Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $6 million on a 7-story multifamily building on Shore Rd. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.78% and a 10-year term. Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $2.18 million on a 148-unit, 6-story co-op building on Emmons Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4.66% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Diamant and Jacob Rochlitz. A new mortgage of $1.55 million was placed by Meridian on a 35-unit, 14-story co-op building on West 67th St. The loan features a rate of 4.81% and a 10-year term.
