On October 1 for the first time held in UPSATE NY - CIREB has partnered with NYSAR to bring the NAR Designation - Commercial Elective Course to Albany taught by Edward Smith, Jr., CREI, ITI, CIC, GREEN, RECS. This class will provide 6 Hours CE Credit. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial green building principles, products and practices. This course will cover: motivation and trends in sustainable commercial property; the brokers' role; certifications; LEED; and advanced practices and systems. Cost to CIREB members is $100! This course is open to the public at just $150.
