LaBold joins Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group as a managing director

Steven LaBold has joined Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group as a managing director specializing in institutional capital markets transactions in the New York tri-state area, according to David Simson, COO/vice chairman of Newmark Knight Frank's N.J. operations. With 15 years of real estate experience, LaBold offers his clients a wide range of the highest quality services.
LaBold has a masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University with a concentration in Real Estate. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, with a focus on Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems.

His in-depth knowledge and expertise in complex multi-party negotiations and transactions, along with his track record of success in delivering results that exceed expectations, make him a welcome asset to the group," said Simson.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, LaBold was a vice president, acquisitions and investment management, for Monday Properties, where he underwrote and evaluated office properties. Preceding his time with Monday Properties, LaBold served at Prudential Real Estate Investors as a vice president, transactions, where he acquired existing commercial property, development joint ventures, mezzanine loans and preferred equity in the Northeast. With Prudential, he was actively involved in all aspects of over $6.1 billion in real estate investments in property types including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hotel and undeveloped land.
