Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty (S&Z) has arranged a lease for Tex/Mex restaurant Ay Caramba at 1320 Broadway in Nassau County, according to Frank Zuckerbrot, president of S&Z.
"The excellent mix of local, regional, and national retail in the Hewlett area makes this an ideal fit for Ay Caramba," said Marc Geller, who negotiated the deal for S&Z, with Doug Weinstein. "We're pleased to be able to help provide families in the Five Towns with another stellar eating destination."
The 1,900 s/f space, which previously housed a Jamba Juice, is located on one of the area's busiest retail blocks, flanked by Trader Joe's, Loehmann's, Duane Reade, and Starbucks. Geller and Weinstein represented the building owner and the tenant in the deal.
Founded in 1962, Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC is a full-service real estate firm offering retail, office, industrial and investment brokerage, property management, plus development and build-to-suit projects.
