On Monday, October 4, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) National will host its "end of season" all-day golf outing at Elmwood Country Club. Golf prizes are awarded; non-golfers are welcome to "meet and greet" over cocktails and dinner. IBEX Construction president and CEO Andy Frankl said, "The PWC golf outings offer great opportunities for networking in a relaxed, beautiful setting." Sponsors include Walmart Realty; Ibex Construction; Altus Metal & Marble Services; and A. Esteban & Company. PWC president Lenore Janis said, "Companies recognize the value of creating and strengthening business relationships on the green. Gone are the days when women were invited only for dinner at construction industry outings." The all-day event begins at 10 a.m. with brunch; 11:30 a.m. shotgun tee-off; 5 p.m. cocktails followed by dinner (open bar). The golf package is $385 per person and also includes caddy fee and cart.
