Kolin of Corporate Commercial negotiates three deals

Harvey Kolin of Corporate Commercial Realty closed several transactions. He worked with Plessers Appliance to find a new location for their new headquarters and warehouse at 235 Little East Neck Rd. with a 10-year lease. He represented both sides of the transaction. In addition, Kolin brought in two tenants for available space at 1 John St. in Babylon. This was a law firm occupying 1,700 s/f with a three-year lease and a security company occupying 3,400 s/f. He represented the tenant and landlord. Kolin's expertise is in lease negotiation, property acquisition, site selection and property development.
