Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. leases 7,100 s/f to Jacobs Neurological Inst.

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, one of Western New York's leading full service real estate companies, has signed a long-term lease with The Jacobs Neurological Institute to locate an additional clinical facility at 300 Essjay Rd. in Ciminelli's Centerpointe Corporate Park. The JNI will occupy approximately 7,100 s/f of space in the building, and expects to take occupancy sometime in September of this year.
