Inglese and Niblock of Friedman-Roth handle $990,000 Bronx sale

Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC completed the $990,000 sale of 1620 University Ave. The four-story walk-up apartment building consists of 16 apartments. Giuseppe Inglese and George Niblock of Freidman-Roth were brokered the deal.
