TF Cornerstone celebrates grand opening for 835-unit 505W37

TF Cornerstone recently celebrated the grand opening of 505W37, the company's newest luxury residential rental development in Midtown West. More than 200 guests attended. Located on the corner of 37th St. and 10th Ave., the Handel Architects-designed building sets a new standard for urban living in the Hudson Yards with 835 studio-through-two-bedroom apartments within the two glass towers. The homes at 505W37 feature hardwood floors; high ceilings; kitchens with high gloss white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; and modern bathrooms with subway tile, mosaic floors and marble accents. Amenities at 505W37, include a spacious Wi-Fi enabled clubroom with a café, TV lounge and catering kitchen; a fully equipped 2,000 s/f fitness center; card-operated laundry; 24- hour attended lobby; and Web-enabled concierge and valet services.
