Eaton, Gero and Freidus of Andover Realty broker $39 million sale of 10 East 15th Street

Dick Eaton, Len Gero and Steve Freidus of Andover Realty brokered the $39 million sale of 10 East 15th St. They led a marketing campaign on behalf of the owner, United Wire, Metal and Machine Health and Welfare Fund. The property was purchased by the N.Y.C. School Construction Authority. It will develop a new building that will house two public schools accommodating 850 students.
